Welcome to Doc Joyed Calligraphy. I’m Ben, a London-based calligrapher and engraver specialising in live events, stationery and bespoke lettering. I create personalised pieces for events, brand activations and in-store experiences, as well as dip pen calligraphy for place cards, menus and invitations - always tailored to the occasion, client and setting.

My work also extends into film and TV, where I’ve hand-doubled for actors, creating handwritten lettering on camera as part of a production. I’m also proud to be a Brand Ambassador for Tom’s Studio, a British company creating tools for calligraphers and artists.

I love the variety of working across different projects, from creating something completely bespoke to adding a personal touch to an established brand. Whatever the brief, I take a thoughtful, creative and professional approach to each event and project, working closely with clients to bring their ideas to life.
